How can you become an authorized test center?
You can join the network of Microsys® Authorized Test Center if you follow the basic requirements. You can find an application, technical specifications and instructions from the website of Test Center home page.
How long do we process your application?
While your sites have fulfilled all the technical and facility as our required and also have submitted the required papers, photos, and contracts in a timely manner, can be operating in as little as one month.
How much does it cost?
There is no extra charge for the site to become one of our authorized test center. Microsys provides the software and technical support services no cost to your site. However, your sites have to fit minimum technical requirements, which contains your own installation of computer equipment and the Enhanced Security Protocol (ESP) kit.
What is the ESP kit?
The ESP kit includes two digital cameras and one digital signature pad. You can purchase the kit from Microsys for $450 or sites can purchase these equipment on their own, as the technical requirements.
What is the process for purchasing the ESP kit from Microsys?

Can we use laptops in our test center?
Technical requirements do not allow the use of laptops in our test centers. Refer to the technical requirements for more information.
Must the test center be dedicated to Microsys testing?
When a test session is in progress, the room must be dedicated to testing. Any other time the room can be used for other purposes.
Will a technician come to visit me to install the software?
No, our technicians will not visit your site. However, they are available by phone to support all aspects of your installation.

We have just been approved as an authorized test center, what now?

Your site is provided with a Site ID, username and password to access the Microsys Support System.

Our Support Services team will contact your technical support person to complete the software installation.

At the same time, your Test Administrator (TA) can access self-study training materials to prepare for TA Certification.

Your site will then be activated for Microsys test delivery.
