Exam Policies for Test-Taker

When taking or administering a test at a Microsys Authorized Testing Center, Test-Takers, Proctors and Administrators have to follow and/or enforce all of the following policies.

  • While arrive at the testing center, Test-takers have to show their personal identification bearing a photograph and signature.

  • Test-Takers may not take the following recording devices such as paper/pencil, cameras, PDAs, computers, or communication devices such as cell phones, or pagers into the testing lab.

  • Test-Takers must not communicate with other Test-Takers during authorized testing breaks, either in the testing lab, or in any other place with the testing facility.

  • Test-Takers must read and accept the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement showed before they start the exam.

  • Test-Takers must not take out exam content from the testing lab, and must not reproduce exam content while them outside of the testing lab.

  • Test-Takers must obey the terms of the Retake Policy.

  • Once Test-Takers found to have violated rules in testing center may lose any existing certifications and may be made permanently not able to have other certifications.

Please Note: In certain situations, the computer on which a Test-Takers is taking the exam may stop responding, or produce an error condition in which disconnect the exam. If a Test-Takers experiences the computer interruption, they must notify the Microsys Authorized Testing Center (MATC) Administrator and/or Proctor right away and to reset the test. When the computer is restarted and/or resolve the error situation, the Proctor will start the software again and the Test-Takers will select the "In-Progress" test, which will bring them back to the point that the interruption occurred. If only the test is continued on the same computer in which it was started, the software will keep the test progress and remaining time up to the point of termination.
